• Cash Flow & Profitability Management: Monitor cash flow, margins, and cost structures to ensure sustainable profitability.
• Controls & Compliance: Implement robust controls for inventory, procurement, and supplier payments; manage external auditors and ensure compliance with multi-jurisdictional regulations.
• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with operations teams to optimize pricing, promotions, and product profitability.
• Digital Transformation: Drive digitization of finance processes, including ERP, POS integration, and BI dashboards to support scale.
