Job summary

Michael Page (Personnel) Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Transformation Programme Lead to drive end-to-end client connectivity and change management within a major banking initiative.

You will develop integrated plans, manage risks, coordinate across business and technology functions, and ensure successful delivery with vendors and partners. This role requires senior stakeholder influence and strong governance experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large-scale transformational programmes within banking or financial services.
• Strong project and change management background with cross-functional delivery.
• Experience within transaction banking, payments, treasury services or corporate banking.
• Expertise in programme governance, risk management, dependency tracking and executive reporting.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities with translating business impacts into actionable delivery plans.
• Experience managing regulatory, operational and client-impacting change initiatives.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across business, technology, operations and control functions.
• Exposure to digital banking channels, client connectivity solutions, API integrations or payment infrastructure is advantageous.
• Professional project management certification or equivalent practical experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of client connectivity and change management workstreams within a strategic transformation programme
• Develop and manage integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, risk registers and governance reporting
• Assess business, operational and technology impacts across transaction banking channels and connectivity platforms
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement across business, operations, technology, legal, compliance and risk functions
• Support documentation, approval processes and change implementation activities related to client-impacting initiatives
• Drive testing, cutover planning, transition management and post-implementation stabilization activities
• Manage external vendors and implementation partners to ensure successful programme delivery and readiness
