Job summary

DSV is seeking a results-driven professional in Singapore to support operational readiness and growth through project coordination, data analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will help implement system projects, design processes, and drive transformation programmes across cross-functional teams.

The role involves developing dashboards and reports to guide governance and decision-making, while identifying automation opportunities to scale operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in a related discipline.
• 1–3 years’ experience in project management, operations excellence, CI, business analytics, or supply chain operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and dashboard development tools such as Power BI.
• Familiarity with PowerApps, Power Automate, SharePoint, VBA, SQL, or other automation and reporting tools will be an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage NPI, system implementation, and continuous improvement projects to support operational excellence and business growth.
• Lead special projects, process design and deployment initiatives, and operational transformation programmes.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and drive project execution to ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved on time.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance trackers to support project governance and decision-making.
• Support customer engagement activities, governance meetings, and business reviews through timely reporting and project updates.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and digitalisation to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
