Job summary

Methodist Welfare Services is seeking a capable administrator to support a cluster of nursing homes in governance, reporting and project coordination. You will coordinate workplans, KPI monitoring, audits and cross-functional initiatives, ensuring timely actions and accurate management information.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in executive administration, operations, project coordination or governance support.
• Experience supporting senior management is preferred.
• Healthcare, nursing home or community care experience is an advantage.
• Strong organisational, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Nursing Homes in service management, governance and operational initiatives.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas/minutes and track follow-up actions.
• Maintain governance documents, workplans, reports and central information repositories.
• Consolidate data, prepare management reports, dashboards and presentations.
• Monitor organisational KPIs and performance indicators.
• Coordinate and track cluster-wide strategic workplans and departmental deliverables.
• Support audits, compliance activities, risk registers and corrective action tracking.
• Liaise with nursing homes and corporate departments to ensure timely implementation of initiatives.
• Support procurement and administrative matters for the Service Management Office.
