Formación

• Experience in the ILTC sector within Singapore healthcare.
• Strong clinical governance and compliance experience.
• Passion for innovating aged care delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Shape personalized care models with Head of Nursing.
• Formulate SOPs, conduct audits, ensure MOH licensing compliance.
• Lead nurse recruitment, coaching and staff development.
• Conduct client rounds and oversee infection prevention and care quality.
