Job summary
RSM - Singapore is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Manager to lead planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing services aligned with strategic goals. You will ensure MOH/SNB compliance, staffing adequacy, and cost-effective care across shifts and areas.
In this role, you will support the DON with resident care initiatives, drive evidence-based practices, monitor care trends, and maintain current job descriptions.
Qualifications
- Degree in Management Studies or related discipline.
- Postgraduate Nursing Specialty Certificate.
- Registered Nurse with valid practicing license by SNB.
- Valid Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS).
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, implementation, coordination, and evaluation of nursing services.
- Ensure MOH/SNB compliance across the assigned nursing home cluster.
- Support the DON in resident care programme initiatives.
- Ensure staffing levels, skill mix, and manpower allocation.
- Drive operational efficiency while achieving resident care outcomes.
- Promote evidence-based nursing practices in care delivery.
- Monitor trends and recommend improvements to nursing services.
- Maintain up-to-date job descriptions for healthcare staff.
- Lead staff development and continuous learning through education.
- Oversee Training Department to deliver competency-based training.
- Review and communicate nursing policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Management.
