Job summary

wecruit pte. ltd. seeks a Nursing Operations Manager to lead strategic nursing management, ensure clinical governance, and drive quality improvement in resident care at our Singapore facilities.

You will oversee nursing operations, staff development, infection control, and stakeholder collaboration, partnering with senior leadership to deliver safe, person-centred care. Experience in aged care and regulatory compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing with valid SNB registration.
• Experience in nursing management, clinical leadership or senior nursing roles.
• Experience in clinical governance, nursing policies, SOP development, and clinical audits.
• Strong staff training, competency assessment, coaching, and performance management capability.
• Knowledge of the aged care / ILTC sector is advantageous.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good knowledge of infection control, nursing standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Passionate about elderly care and delivering personalised, resident-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Nursing Leadership & Clinical Governance: Partner with the Head of Nursing to develop and implement strategic plans, nursing policies, SOPs, clinical governance frameworks, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Nursing Operations & Resident Care: Oversee nursing operations and personalised resident care, ensuring quality clinical practices, effective documentation, competency assessments, clinical audits, and compliance with workplace safety standards.
• Nursing Capability & Staff Development: Support recruitment, onboarding, training, competency development, performance evaluation, and retention of nursing and care staff.
• Quality Improvement & Infection Control: Lead clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, infection prevention and control programmes, and patient safety practices.
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Administration: Foster collaboration among nursing leaders, multidisciplinary teams, residents, families, and external stakeholders. Maintain accurate clinical records, analyse performance data, monitor KPIs, and stay updated on aged care trends and regulatory developments.

Responsibilities for Nursing Operations Manager:

• Strategic Nursing Leadership & Clinical Governance: Partner with the Head of Nursing to develop and implement strategic plans, nursing policies, SOPs, clinical governance frameworks, and quality improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with MOH regulations, nursing standards, infection control requirements, and organisational objectives.
• Nursing Operations & Resident Care: Oversee nursing operations and personalised resident care, ensuring quality clinical practices, effective documentation, competency assessments, clinical audits, and compliance with workplace safety standards. Monitor staffing, equipment utilisation, budgets, and resources.
• Nursing Capability & Staff Development: Support recruitment, onboarding, training, competency development, performance evaluation, and retention of nursing and care staff. Mentor and coach teams while collaborating with Nurse Educators and external training partners.
• Quality Improvement & Infection Control: Lead clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, infection prevention and control programmes, and patient safety practices. Promote adherence to clinical standards, hand hygiene, PPE usage, and safe medication administration.
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Administration: Foster collaboration among nursing leaders, multidisciplinary teams, residents, families, and external stakeholders. Maintain accurate clinical records, analyse performance data, monitor KPIs, and stay updated on aged care trends and regulatory developments.

Qualifications for Nursing Operations Manager:
