Job summary

Allied Search Pte Ltd is seeking a Nurse Manager (Nursing Home) to plan, coordinate and improve workflows ensuring SNB standards and licensing compliance.

You will oversee data collection for quality improvement, maintain documented policies, support care pathways, and guide multidisciplinary teams in developing individualized care plans for residents. Excellent leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Min. degree qualification in Nursing.
• Must be registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
• Experience in nursing home or elder care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and improve nursing workflows to ensure compliance with Singapore Nursing Board standards, nursing home licensing requirements and Enhanced Nursing Home Standards.
• Oversee the accurate collection, consolidation and timely submission of Continuous Quality Improvement data.
• Ensure nursing policies, procedures and work processes are properly documented, regularly updated and accessible in accordance with Nursing Office guidelines and SOPs.
• Support the implementation and adherence to established nursing policies, procedures and care pathways within the nursing home.
• Ensure resident care records are complete, accurate and up to date, including the documentation, investigation and reporting of incidents.
• Work with the multidisciplinary team to develop and review individualised, function-focused care plans for residents.
• Address feedback and concerns from residents and their families promptly and professionally.
• Provide clinical nursing guidance on complex cases referred by nursing home staff and monitor residents' clinical progress.
• Participate in monthly Nurse Leaders' Meetings, Quality Assurance Committee meetings and Product Evaluation Committee discussions.
