Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a senior operations leader to oversee facilities management, IT, procurement, risk, and security across two Nursing Homes and one Senior Care Centre in Singapore.

You will drive safe, compliant, and efficient operations, harmonise standards with clinical needs, and support Directors in operational planning through close collaboration.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in operations, facilities, IT, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in healthcare or ILTC operations.
• Strong knowledge of facilities, IT, security, procurement, and risk management.
• Experience leading multi-site operations and teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide multi-site operational leadership and coordinate site-based teams.
• Oversee facilities maintenance, vendor management, and environment of care.
• Manage IT infrastructure, vendor support, data protection, and system rollouts.
• Lead security operations, incident response, and vendor contracts.

Reporting into the Director of the Nursing Home, you will lead and oversee facilities management, IT, operations, procurement, risk management, and security across two Nursing Homes and one Senior Care Centre sites. Your responsibilities include ensuring safe, compliant, secure, and efficient operations. You will provide support to the Directors of the Nursing Home in operational planning and harmonising standards through close collaborate to align operational and clinical needs.
