Job summary

Netpoleon Solutions, the Asia arm of Macnica, invites professionals to join our Singapore office. We are seeking individuals with strong analytical minds and cybersecurity expertise to support our strategic expansion.

In this role you will deliver product presentations, run POCs, prepare SOWs and architectures, and train partners. You will work with Channel Account Managers and Product Managers to drive deals while maintaining accurate pre-sales reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years hands-on technical experience in network infrastructure and cybersecurity.
• Solid understanding of core networking fundamentals (routing/switching, TCP/IP) and security concepts (NGFW, EDR/XDR, NDR, IAM, SASE, Threats Analysis).

Responsibilities

• Deliver impactful product presentations, solution demos, POCs, and technical proposals to partners and end-users.
• Lead the preparation of technical documentation, including SOWs, compliance matrices, and solution architectures.
• Independently set up, manage, and execute hands-on POCs to prove solution value.
• Design and deliver technical training sessions, product updates, and enablement workshops.
• Collaborate with Channel Account Managers and Product Managers to qualify leads and clear roadblocks.
• Maintain working proficiency and achieve required vendor certifications through training.
• Maintain accurate reporting on POC status, partner interactions, and pre-sales pipeline updates.

Netpoleon Solutions has offices in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Myanmar,
India, Australia, and New Zealand, with its parent company based in Japan.

We are currently inviting individuals to join our Singapore office. Candidates should have a strong analytical

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Pre-Sales & Technical Support: Serve as the technical advisor to partners and end-users by delivering impactful product presentations, solution demos, complex Proofs of Concept (POCs), and technical proposals.
• Documentation & Scoping: Lead the preparation of technical documentation, including Statements of Work (SOW), compliance matrices, and solution architectures tailored to client requirements.
• Hands-on Technical Execution: Independently set up, manage, and execute hands-on POCs to prove solution value and satisfy technical requirements.
• Partner Enablement & Education: Design and deliver technical training sessions, product updates, and enablement workshops to empower partner engineers and end-users.
• Commercial Collaboration: Partner closely with Channel Account Managers and Product Managers to qualify leads, clear technical roadblocks, and accelerate deal closures.
• Continuous Learning & Certification: Maintain working proficiency and achieve required technical certifications across assigned vendor product lines through self-directed and vendor-led training.
• Reporting & Tracking: Maintain accurate and timely reporting on POC status, partner interactions, and pre-sales pipeline updates.

Requirements

• Education: Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of at least 2 years of hands-on technical experience in network infrastructure and cybersecurity environments.
• Core Knowledge: Solid understanding of core networking fundamentals (routing/switching, TCP/IP) and security concepts (NGFW, EDR/XDR, NDR, IAM, SASE, or Threats Analysis/Investigation).

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing vendor certifications (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point, CrowdStrike, Cisco) or industry certifications (e.g., Security+, Network+).

Other Information:

Working hours: 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday

Salary will commensurate with qualifications and experiences
