Job summary

Netpoleon Solutions in Singapore invites driven IT project professionals to join our Singapore office. You will coordinate among internal and external stakeholders, oversee open projects, and report progress to the Project Management Lead.

The role requires at least 2 years in IT project management, strong IT/cybersecurity knowledge, and excellent communication. Working hours are standard with potential after-hours as needed, and salary is commensurate with qualifications.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT or cybersecurity or equivalent; PMP or similar preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in IT project management with stakeholder liaison.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate among internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide high-quality support to all open projects of the Technical Team.
• Ensure client satisfaction and resolve escalated complaints with internal teams.
• Organise and control projects, providing timely reports to the Project Management Lead.
• Develop project objectives by reviewing proposals and plans with internal teams.
• Determine project responsibilities by identifying phases and allocating resources.
• Set and monitor project schedules based on scope and discussions.
• Maintain project progress, coordinate activities, and resolve problems.
• Work with internal teams to ensure swift project closure.
• Manage project team members and external vendor/partners.
• Report issues promptly to relevant stakeholders and negotiate delays.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate among internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide high-quality support to all open projects of the Technical Team.
• Ensure that clients satisfactory.
• Resolve escalated customer complaints together with internal teams.
• Organise and control project, to provide timely reports to the Project Management Lead on project status.
• Develop project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans, conferring with internal teams.
• Determine project responsibilities by identifying project phases; coordinate and assigning resources.
• Determine project schedule from the scope of work quoted and discussion with the project team members.
• Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure swift project closure.
• Manage internal project team members and external vendor/partners.
• Report any project issue in a timely manner to the relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure the project tasks are monitored, tracked, and completed on time; negotiate with the customer in case of delays or gaps.

Job Requirements

Other Information

• Working hours: 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday*
• Salary commensurate with qualifications and experiences
• 13th month AWS / Variable bonus
