Job summary

Netpoleon Solutions invites you to join our Singapore office as an IT sales representative. You will promote sales to existing clients, maintain records, and build long-term client relationships while achieving sales targets.

A strong analytical mindset and knowledge of network/security products are valued assets for this role. We seek candidates with a diploma in IT or business administration, at least 1 year of IT sales experience, and a proactive, customer-service oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Promoting sales and servicing existing clients based on requests and needs.

• Expedite the resolution of clients’ problems to maximize satisfaction.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Developing strong relationships with clients to maintain a high level of service and client loyalty.
• Prepare sales orders, job sheets and marketing tracking necessities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Promoting sales and servicing existing clients based on requests and needs

• Working hours: 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday
