Job summary

Adecco in Singapore seeks a senior leader to drive New Product Introduction, product industrialization, and cross-functional project execution across complex precision engineering and mechatronics programs. This role will scale operations and support multinational customers within the semiconductor and high-tech equipment industries, as Singapore expands its product transfers globally.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in NPI, program/engineering management, and proven ability to transfer products

Qualifications

Degree in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related field.
10+ years in precision engineering, semiconductor, mechatronics, or advanced manufacturing.
Experience in NPI, program management, or engineering management.
Proven track record managing product transfers and manufacturing scale-up.
Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing experience in global environments.
Familiarity with PMP, Agile, or Stage-Gate methodologies is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end NPI programs from product transfer through high-volume manufacturing.
Drive project execution, milestone management, risk mitigation, and customer communication.
Build and lead high-performing NPI engineering and project management teams.
Partner cross-functionally with operations, quality, supply chain, and commercial teams.
Support RFQ, costing, manufacturing readiness, and operational scale-up initiatives.
Strengthen NPI processes, governance, and continuous improvement practices.
