Job summary

NTS Singapore is seeking a Project Manager - NPI to drive cross-functional project execution in a fast-paced semiconductor manufacturing environment. You will align with customer requirements, quality standards, budgets, and delivery timelines across Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, technical coordination and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor, electronics, or contract manufacturing environments.
Proven experience managing NPI, transfer, or manufacturing projects in high-volume production settings.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end execution of NPI, transfer, and manufacturing-related projects.
Develop project plans, schedules, resource requirements, and risk management strategies.
Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure project readiness and successful implementation.
Monitor project progress, resolve issues proactively, and drive timely completion of milestones.
Manage communication with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure projects meet quality, budget, delivery, and customer satisfaction objectives.
