Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced NPI Engineer with strong exposure to OEM medical device manufacturing to join our team in Singapore.
You will plan and manage NPI projects and ensure production readiness for mass production, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet launch timelines and quality standards. The role demands at least 5 years in electronics manufacturing and hands-on ECN/CAPA experience, with on-site work at Serangoon North.
Basic Salary: Up to S$5,500 + Bonus: Provided

We are a Singapore-based company specialising in communication and technology solutions, supporting customers with reliable products and services. We are looking for an experienced NPI Engineer with strong exposure to OEM medical device manufacturing to join our team.
Plan and manage NPI projects, including project timelines, resources and production readiness.
Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) and product transfer activities from development to mass production.
Support product engineering activities, including ECN coordination, troubleshooting, root cause analysis and CAPA.
Resolve production issues and support manufacturing process improvements.
Work closely with engineering, production, quality and other teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Prepare, review and maintain product and manufacturing documentation.
Manage documents such as First Article Approval (FAA), quality plans and manufacturing records.
Support customer requirements and ensure successful product launch and transfer.
Diploma/Degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in PCBA, EMS or electronics manufacturing.
Strong experience in NPI, product transfer and manufacturing process development.
Experience in ECN management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis and production issue resolution.
Must have experience in NPI / OEM medical device manufacturing.
Experience with ISO 13485 and/or FDA requirements is preferred.
Key Requirement: Candidates with solid NPI experience in OEM medical device manufacturing are strongly preferred.
