Job summary

INGRASYS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. seeks a professional to lead New Product Introduction activities at our Singapore plant, coordinating with internal teams, suppliers and HQ to ensure seamless product launches and packaging.

The role covers BOM optimization, SFC/SAP-based production tracking, and improvement of rack assembly workflows, with emphasis on Kaizen and compliance for ISO and RBA audits.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or diploma in an engineering discipline with 3+ years in manufacturing.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to launch NPI activities on time and with quality.
• Coordinate product introduction and packaging with internal stakeholders, suppliers, customers and HQ/factory.
• Create and modify BOM structures to optimize assembly processes.
• Maintain SFC systems and SAP for production tracking and data accuracy.
• Apply knowledge of server and rack assembly processes to improve workflows.
• Participate in rack packaging design to enhance protection and logistics efficiency.
• Lead Kaizen continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.
• Provide production support during mass production runs and resolve issues.
• Assist internal and external ISO audits to maintain quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) standards.

Job Summary

Lead and drive New Product Introduction (NPI) activities within the plant, collaborating with internal teams, suppliers, customers, and headquarters to ensure seamless product introduction and packaging. Support production processes and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to execute all NPI activities within the plant, ensuring timely and quality product launches
• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, suppliers, customers, and HQ/factory to coordinate product introduction and packaging requirements
• Create and modify Bill of Materials (BOM) structures to optimize assembly processes
• Maintain and utilize Shop Floor Control (SFC) systems and SAP to support production tracking and data accuracy
• Apply knowledge of server and rack assembly processes to improve production workflows
• Participate in rack packaging design to enhance product protection and logistics efficiency
• Lead and engage in Kaizen continuous improvement activities to drive operational excellence
• Provide production support during mass production runs to ensure smooth operations and issue resolution
• Participate in internal and external ISO audits to maintain compliance with quality standards
• Ensure compliance with Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) standards throughout all activities

Preferred competencies and qualifications
