Job summary

The successful candidate will support various semiconductor operations, troubleshoot process issues, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure effective production. A Bachelor's degree along with five years of semiconductor experience is required for this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, especially in backend packaging.
• Familiarity with lithography, wet processing, and advanced packaging technologies.
• Knowledge of root cause analysis and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support new product introduction builds from prototype through mass production.
• Analyze process data and implement corrective actions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot manufacturing processes.
