searchasia consulting pte. ltd. is seeking a seasoned PMO professional to lead contract manufacturing projects in Singapore.

You will develop and execute supply chain strategies that support New Product Development and business goals, coordinating with R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Procurement. You will manage external manufacturers and partners to ensure alignment on technical requirements, timelines, and delivery, lead NPI supply chain activities, and support Design for

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering or Business required.
PMP certification required.
5 years PMO experience in NPD or R&D.
Experience in semiconductor capital equipment contract manufacturing is highly desirable.
Willingness to travel in SEA.

Responsibilities

Sourcing contract manufacturers.
Develop and execute supply chain strategies to support NPD and business goals.
Manage external manufacturers and partners to ensure alignment on technical requirements, timelines, and delivery.
Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Procurement teams to drive successful project execution.
Lead supply chain activities for NPI, including risk assessment and mitigation.
Support Design for Manufacturability (DFM) to optimise production readiness and reduce manufacturing risks.
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure resilience, cost control, and on-time delivery.
Resolve supplier and manufacturing issues and manage change requests effectively.
Work with category managers on global sourcing, cost optimisation, and supplier performance.
Ensure supplier quality standards are met in line with Quality requirements.
Track and report key supply chain KPIs and project status to management.
Drive governance, change management, and continuous improvement across the supply chain organisation.
