STMicroelectronics Asia Pacific Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Test Development Engineer to define test strategy for NPI products and collaborate with design, manufacturing and quality teams. You will build characterization plans, perform validation testing, and prepare detailed test documentation.

The role requires Python and data analytics proficiency, and hands-on experience with ATE systems (V93K, T2000, Uflex+).

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in electronics engineering or a related field.
• Experience in product development, design, or manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Python and data analytics software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Work closely with Test Development leader to drive test strategy, plan and characterization plan for NPI product development.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing and quality assurance teams throughout the product development process.
• Build technical documentation including characterization plans, test plans, hardware request documents, test status reports and characterization reports.
• Conduct testing and analysis to validate product performance and compliance with standards.
• Manage sample testing, anticipate issues and adjust processes to fulfill sample demand.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during development and production.
• Able to use ATE to perform simple debugging.
• Support product launch activities and provide technical assistance to customers and internal teams.
• Evaluate and improve existing products to enhance cost efficiency, output and quality by increasing yield, reducing test time, analyzing customer returns and test coverage.
