Job summary

ADVANCED MICRO DEVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking an MTS Product Development Engineer to develop and drive ATE test solutions for NPI milestones in the Data Center Graphics division. You will lead collaboration with design, test engineering, and software teams to balance quality and cost while advancing pre- and post-Silicon activities.

The role requires strong DFT knowledge, silicon characterization, and programming skills across C++, Java, Python and scripting.

Qualifications

Proficient understanding of DFT architecture for SOC products.
Strong test development and silicon characterization/debug experience.
Data analysis experience and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience with industry-standard ATE platforms and collaboration with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

Drive test solution coverage development and optimization to meet milestones, cost and quality.
Develop test patterns and test flows; perform debug and characterization.
Pre-Silicon engagement with design and test solution scoping, planning and validation.
Post-Silicon bring-up of test patterns and optimization for mass production.
Characterization execution/analysis and debug of new silicon designs and process tech.
Improve test coverage, yield, cost, and reduce test time.
Conduct engineering evaluations and drive closure of production issues.
Lead and mentor junior engineers; influence technical decisions and collaborate across teams.
