Job summary

Thundersoft in Singapore seeks a senior Test/DFT engineer with strong technical, analytical and leadership skills to drive ATE test solutions for SOC devices.

The role includes pre- and post-silicon test pattern development, calibration, debugging, and data-driven optimization to improve yield, cost and test time. Proficiency in programming (C++, Java, Python) and V93K experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of DFT architecture for SOC products.
• Strong test development and debugging experience across ATE platforms.
• Experience in silicon characterization and data analysis.
• NPI experience in implementing ATE test patterns and calibration flows.
• Leadership and mentoring of junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Drive test solution and coverage development to meet milestones (schedule, test time, yield, cost, quality).
• Lead NPI efforts in test pattern development, calibration flows, and debug for new products.
• Engage pre-silicon with design and validation of test solutions.
• Oversee post-silicon bring-up of test patterns and enablement for mass production.
• Optimize test coverage, yield, cost, and test time.
• Conduct evaluations to close technical issues during NPI and sustaining phases.
• Influence key technical decisions affecting final product.
• Provide supervision or mentorship to engineers.
