STMicroelectronics seeks a skilled engineer to drive test strategy and characterization for new product introductions. You will collaborate across design, manufacturing and quality teams to develop and execute test plans.

You will build documentation, perform testing, analyze results, and help improve yield and test efficiency while supporting product launches and customer-facing activities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in electronics engineering or related field.
• Experience in product development, design, or manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Python and data analytics software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
• Experience with industrial standard ATE (V93K, T2000, Uflex+).

Aufgaben

• Work closely with Test Development leader to drive test strategy and characterization for NP I product development.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing and quality teams throughout product development.
• Build technical documentation including characterization plans, test plans, and reports.
• Conduct testing and analysis to validate product performance and standards compliance.
• Manage sample testing and adjust processes to fulfill sample demand.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during development and production.
• Use ATE to perform simple debugging.
• Support product launch activities and provide technical assistance to customers and internal teams.
• Evaluate existing products to improve yield, reduce test time, and improve test coverage.
