Job summary

STMicroelectronics Singapore is seeking an experienced EWS/FT Test Operations Engineer to act as the interface for external OSATs across South-East Asia. You will drive new product introduction, apply NPI requirements and lead test capacity expansions, ensuring smooth test operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor test manufacturing (EWS/FT).
• Understanding of test process & equipment operation.
• Good problem-solving skillset.
• Good written and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as EWS/FT test operation interface for OSATs across South-East Asia.
• Drive EWS/FT new product introduction and fulfil NPI requirements.
• Drive yield improvement activities.
• Drive test firewall in OSATs.
• Execute test capacity expansions (tester/handler/hardware).
• Implement best practices and process across OSATs.
