Advanced Micro Devices (S) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced SLT Product Development Engineer to own the NPI System-level Test program for next-generation AMD microprocessors in Singapore. The role focuses on developing and driving SLT test solutions to meet production milestones, KPI metrics, and cost considerations.

The ideal candidate has hands-on expertise in test patterns, calibration flows, debugging, and characterization within an NPI Product Engineering team.

Qualifications

• NPI System-level Test (SLT) experience in product development.
• Experience with test patterns, calibration test flows, debug, test and characterization.
• Strong collaboration across Diagnostics, Quality & Reliability, BIOS and software teams.

Responsabilités

• Drive SLT test coverage and optimization to meet milestones: schedule, test time, yield, cost and quality.
• Lead cross-team collaboration to determine SLT coverage, content and root-cause resolution for failures.
• Develop and maintain test hardware, software and diagnostics for product definitions and qualification.
