Job summary

AMD Singapore is seeking a New Product Introduction Product Manager to lead the Product team within the Product Engineering Organization to bring next-generation AMD products to production, balancing cost, yield and quality.

You will collaborate with world-class teams across engineering, test, design, quality, reliability, software and platform, and you will lead cross-regional efforts to meet business requirements and timing.

Qualifications

• Experience leading NPI teams in semiconductor domains.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of Product Management methodology and fab processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Product team in meeting time to market, quality, yield and cost goals.
• Interface with cross functional teams worldwide to align KPIs with business goals.
• Provide leadership to global operations and coordinate margin improvements.
• Set goals, plan and coordinate product-margin actions.
• Lead efforts to optimize product positioning to meet business needs.
• Report to executives on status, decisions, and solutions to issues.
• Lead and motivate world-class engineers.
