Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience delivering complex semiconductor programs across engineering and operations.
- Knowledge of silicon manufacturing, packaging and ATE test processes.
- Experience with foundry/OSAT supply chains and NPI material planning.
- Strong manufacturing planning, capacity planning and cycle-time understanding.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and executive audiences.
Responsibilities
- Own overall program planning and ensure cross-functional goals are met on schedule.
- Maintain networks with Design, Silicon Technology, Product and Operations leaders.
- Drive NPI rollouts from POR through Production Release with clear ownership.
- Coordinate engineering execution across NPI cycles and ensure alignment.
- Lead manufacturing planning, capacity alignment, readiness reviews, and transfer to volume production.
- Manage supplier relationships and deliverables across the NPI lifecycle.
- Plan and deliver engineering materials to enable critical NPI activities.
- Identify risks and mitigation options, escalating gaps as needed.
- Serve as the focal point for cross-functional alignment and program status updates.
