Product Implementation Manager – Enterprise NPI Launch

Job summary

AMD Singapore is seeking a Product Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end enterprise NPI programs for next-generation processors. You will drive cross-functional execution, manage schedules, budgets, and risk, and ensure on-time, high-quality launches across sites.

You will partner with engineering, test, supply chain and manufacturing teams to optimize processes, coordinate OSAT qualification, and oversee product life cycle milestones from initial concept to production.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to execute complex projects with program management expertise.
• Experience defining, managing, and delivering key initiatives and schedules while driving cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience across multiple sites and multicultural teams.
• Broad technical knowledge of microprocessor product development.
• Familiarity with wafer fabrication processes, engineering test methodologies, and manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate program schedules to support product development.
• Proactively identify and resolve program dependencies, issues, and risks to keep projects on track.
• Oversee budget planning and management to enable successful product development execution.
• Build strong relationships and facilitate effective decision-making across teams and organizational levels.
• Ensure engineering test solutions are ready on schedule to support initial silicon bring-up activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for alignment, reporting, and process improvements.
• Manage the execution and delivery of engineering samples through to initial production.
• Coordinate OSAT qualification, production test solution setup, capacity installation, and production control.
• Oversee Product Life Cycle Management, including phase gate reviews and milestone tracking.
