Job summary

Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) Singapore is seeking a Program Manager in the NPI Program Management team to plan, steer, and deliver timely rollouts of AMD's latest semiconductor products, connecting engineering execution with supply chain and operations.

You will drive NPI activities through the full lifecycle, managing cross-functional dependencies and coordinating with suppliers, foundries, and internal teams to meet schedule and quality targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a Supply Chain related field.
• Experience delivering semiconductor NPI programs.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

• Own overall program planning and ensure cross-functional goals are met on schedule.
• Establish and maintain networks with Design, Silicon Tech, Product and Ops teams.
• Drive NPI rollouts from Tape-Out to Production Release with owned dependencies.
• Coordinate engineering execution across the NPI cycle among Verification, Characterization, and Qualification teams.
• Lead manufacturing planning and execution with foundry/OSAT partners and readiness reviews.
• Manage supplier relationships and deliverables across the NPI lifecycle.
• Plan and deliver Engineering material to enable critical NPI activities.
• Manage risks and change requests; align stakeholders for timely decisions.
• Serve as focal point for cross-functional alignment and status updates.
