Qualifications

• 20+ years of progressive experience in semiconductor product development and people leadership.
• Proven success building and scaling engineering teams across multiple sites.
• Experience delivering complex NPI programs from definition to high-volume production.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor lifecycle, yield, test content, and readiness.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own program and business accountability for Enterprise/server product lines.
• Lead and scale a multi-functional Product Engineering organization across sites.
• Develop and coach people managers; succession planning.
• Manage cross-functional teams spanning Design, QA, Platform, Supply Chain, and OSAT/ATMP.
• Set schedules, assess risks, and drive NPI readiness.
• Provide updates to BU and executive leadership with clear recommendations.
• Oversee budget planning and headcount justification.
• Collaborate with manufacturing partners for test qualification and ramp-to-production.
• Foster global collaboration across Singapore, Penang, and other sites.
