Job summary

Forte Employment Services Pte Ltd is seeking a Production/Process engineer for PCB NPIs in Serangoon North. You will track and improve NPI part yields, develop new processes, and qualify materials to meet electrical and thermal requirements.

You will coordinate with FEEs, process and quality teams to transfer NPI parts to production, perform FMEA updates, and maintain control plans, ensuring smooth production ramp and high-quality PCBA output.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree or Diploma with minimum 5 years experience in PCB related industrial.
• Good in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
• Good in communication skill

• Keep track of and improve the yield of NPI parts by working with customer, product engineers (FEE), process engineers and quality engineers
• Develop new processes and new methods to improve plant's capability in producing high end PCB
• Evaluate and qualify new materials to meet customer's requirement on electrical performance and thermal reliability of PCB
• Monitor and improve yield of NPI parts by working with Front End Engineering (FEE), Process Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality department
• Conduct and update FMEA and Control Plan of NPI parts
• Ensure smooth transfer of NPI parts to production

Working hours: 8.30am to 6pm/5days

Product /Job Experience : 5years experience ,PCBA, NPI,ISO 13485
