The successful candidate will manage customer engineering issues and work closely with factories to enhance productivity. A minimum of 10 years of experience in PCBA manufacturing is required, along with a background in engineering. This role involves significant responsibilities, including product transfers and equipment sourcing.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience in PCBA manufacturing process.
Experience in handling customers.
Experience in leading NPI projects preferred.

In charge of New Product Introduction Engineering matters.
Act as the main contact person to customers on engineering issues.
Work closely with factory on productivity issues.

Job description

In charge of New Product Introduction Engineering matters
Act as the main contact person to customers on any engineering issues
Assume the role of Process Consultant to factory
Work closely with factory on productivity issues, evaluate issues and cost improvement processes
Fully in charge of Product Transfer to overseas factory and product training
In charge of sourcing for special equipment / instruments
Fully in charge in DFM/FMEA for NPI projects
Responsible to generate ECN and BOM
