Job summary

RECRUIT EXPERT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an NPI coordinator to drive new product introductions from development to mass production. You will work with Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality teams to ensure smooth transitions and resolve technical issues.

The role requires a diploma in engineering and at least 2 years of experience in PCB manufacturing, manufacturing/ process/ quality engineering, with knowledge of FMEA and process improvement methods.

Qualifications

Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience in PCB manufacturing, manufacturing engineering, process engineering, or quality engineering.
Knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes, quality control, FMEA, and process improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

Coordinate New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and support the transition of new products from development to mass production.
Monitor and improve NPI yield by working closely with customers, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to resolve technical and process issues.
Evaluate and qualify new materials and manufacturing processes to meet customer requirements for product performance and reliability.
Conduct failure analysis, maintain FMEA and Control Plans, and ensure timely closure of quality-related issues and customer feedback.
