Job summary

Forte Employment Services Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Electronics Project Engineer to plan and manage assembling products, drive NPI and product transfers, and coordinate cross-functional activities in Serangoon North. You will support engineering tasks, review documentation such as FAA and manufacturing records, and ensure ISO 13485 and FDA-related compliance.

Diploma in Electronics Engineering and 5 years' related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in PCBA, EMS or related electronics manufacturing environment.
• Experience in New Product Introduction (NPI), product transfer, and manufacturing process development.
• Experience with ISO 13485 and/or FDA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) and product transfer activities, ensuring successful transition from development to mass production.
• Support product engineering activities, including ECN coordination, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, CAPA, and production issue resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and achieve customer satisfaction.
• Prepare, review, and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including FAA, quality plans and manufacturing records.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage projects for complete assembled products, including timeline management, resource coordination, and production readiness activities
• Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) and product transfer activities, ensuring successful transition from development to mass production
• Support product engineering activities, including ECN coordination, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and production issue resolution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and achieve customer satisfaction
• Prepare, review, and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including First Article Approval (FAA), quality plans and manufacturing records

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electronics Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in PCBA, EMS or related electronics manufacturing environment
• Proven experience in managing New Product Introduction (NPI), product transfer, and manufacturing process development
• Experience in product engineering support, including ECN management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and production issue resolution
• Experience with ISO 13485 and/or FDA requirement preferred
