Job summary

Persol Outsourcing Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking energetic Customer Service Officers to support a transport statutory board in Singapore. You will handle customer inquiries, manage facilities and system operations, and assist supervisors with daily tasks on the ground.

The role involves rotating shifts and a fixed night shift (10pm–10am with breaks). Company transport provided, plus attractive allowances and incentives. Strong communication and confidentiality are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N Level with 1 year of Cashiering and Customer Service experience.
• A good team player, possess a cheerful personality and a positive attitude.
• Meticulous with details, good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and handle high volume of work.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in the management of work.

Responsibilities

• Attending to customers' enquiries
• Manage facilities and run system operations
• Handle urgent issues to keep things running smoothly
• Count and check all payments at the end of the shift using the POS machine report
• Help the Team Leader and Supervisor with daily work on the ground
• Carry out any other tasks when needed
