Job summary

Persol Outsourcing Singapore Pte. Ltd. is partnering with a well-established transport statutory board to recruit a Customer Service Officer. You will be on the frontline, handling enquiries, payments, and on-the-ground tasks to ensure smooth operations across the transport network.

Join a dynamic team with rotating 4-day work cycles or fixed day shifts (10am–10pm), with company transport and attractive incentives. This role emphasizes service excellence and reliable frontline support.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N Level with 1 year of cashiering and customer service experience.
• Good team player with cheerful personality and positive attitude.
• Meticulous with details and good communication/interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and handle high volume of work.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in management of work.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers’ enquiries.
• Manage facilities and run system operations.
• Handle urgent issues to keep things running smoothly.
• Count and check all payments at the end of the shift using the POS machine report.
• Help the Team Leader and Supervisor with daily work on the ground.
• Carry out any other tasks when needed.
