Job summary

Persol Outsourcing, on behalf of a well-established transport statutory board in Singapore, is looking for a cheerful Customer Service Officer to front the network. You will attend to customer inquiries, support facilities, and ensure smooth daily operations.

The role requires at least a GCE N Level with 1 year cashiering/customer service experience. It features rotating shifts (10am–10pm and 10pm–10am) with 2 hours break, in Yishun, Marsiling, or Woodlands MRT, with attractive allowances.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N Level with 1 year of cashiering and customer service experience.
• Cheerful personality and positive attitude.
• Meticulous with details, good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and handle high volume of work.
• Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in management of work.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers' enquiries
• Manage facilities and run system operations
• Handle urgent issues to keep things running smoothly
• Count and check all payments at end of shift using POS machine report
• Help Team Leader and Supervisor with daily work on the ground
• Carry out any other tasks when needed
