Job summary

SOURDOUGH FACTORY LLP (Food Manufacturing – Artisan Bread Supply) is hiring a Full Time Night Shift Baker to support our production team at Mandai Foodlink. The role covers dough production, ingredient scaling, and quality checks during the night shift.

Working 6 days a week, 8 hours per day (1900–0400), with 1.5x OT rate, and night/meal allowances provided. Annual leave is 10 days and one public holiday off in lieu. Shortlisted candidates will be notified.

Responsibilities

• Process ingredients scaling list
• Responsible for production of all dough
• To assist baking
• Cleaning up of used equipment & work stations
• To assist in dough shaping at table work station
• To portion and scale dough weight according to requirement
• To sort and arrange shaped dough by its code
• Any ad hoc duties assigned

Salary Range : up to $2600 per month

Location : 5 Mandai Link Mandai Foodlink (Kranji MRT)

Working Day : 6 days a week

Working Hour : 8 hours per day (44 hour per week + 1.5 OT Rate)

Working Shift : 1900-0400 (Night Shift)

Public Holiday: one day OFF in Lieu

Annual leave : 10 days
