Job summary

SOURDOUGH FACTORY LLP is seeking a Full-Time Baker at our Singapore facility located at Mandai Foodlink (near Kranji MRT). The role covers dough production, ingredients scaling, and assisting with baking operations on an early shift (0630–1530). You will work six days per week with 44 hours plus 1.5x OT rate.

Qualifications

• Experience in artisan bread production.
• Willing to work 6 days a week.
• Familiar with GMP/food safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Process ingredients scaling list.
• Responsible for production of all dough.
• To assist baking.
• Cleaning up of used equipment & work stations.
• To assist in dough shaping at table work station.
• To sort and arrange shaped dough by its code.
• Any ad hoc duties assigned.
