SOURDOUGH FACTORY LLP in Singapore is seeking a Part Time Bakery Assistant to support artisan bread production. The role requires working 4 days a week, including Sunday, with a 07:00–15:00 shift at Mandai Foodlink near Kranji MRT. You will assist in dough shaping, scale dough weights, and help with cleaning and preparation for baking.

Part Time Bakery Assistant (Singaporean or PR)

Salary Range : $13 per hour

Location : 5 Mandai Link Mandai Foodlink (nearby Kranji MRT)

Working Day : 4 days a week include Sunday

Working Shift : 0700 - 1500 (30 break hour)

Responsibility:

• Process ingredients scaling list
• Responsible for production of all dough
• To assist baking
• Cleaning up of used equipment & work stations
• To assist in dough shaping at table work station
• To portion and scale dough weight according to requirement
• To sort and arrange shaped dough by its code
• Any ad hoc duties assigned
