Burnt Ends Restaurant Pte. Ltd. is seeking a bakery professional to join our overnight shift, responsible for dough preparation, shaping, and oven operation to craft artisanal breads at our Singapore location.

You will maintain cleanliness and follow food safety standards while collaborating with the team to innovate recipes and improve offerings. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in bakery settings, knowledge of fermentation, and a strong eye for detail; WSQ Food Hygiene Certification is

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a bakery or bread-making environment.
• Knowledge of bread-making techniques, including fermentation and proofing.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Mix and proof dough for a range of bread products.
• Shape and score dough to create artisanal breads.
• Operate ovens and baking equipment to achieve perfect crust and crumb.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to develop new recipes and improve existing ones.
• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge.
• Other duties as assigned.
