Job summary

SOURDOUGH FACTORY LLP is seeking a Full Time Baker for a bakers’ team at our Mandai Foodlink facility in Singapore. The role covers 6 days per week with a fixed shift from 06:30 to 15:30, including a 1-hour break. You will manage dough production, scale ingredients, and support the baking process in a hands-on environment.

Meal allowance is provided, and the position includes 44 hours per week with overtime at 1.5x rate. Annual leave is 10 days, and shortlisted candidates will be notified.

Responsibilities

• Process ingredients scaling list
• Responsible for production of all dough
• To assist baking
• Cleaning up of used equipment & work stations
• To assist in dough shaping at table work station
• To portion and scale dough weight according to requirement
• To sort and arrange shaped dough by its code
• Any ad hoc duties assigned
