Job summary

The role requires 3+ years of experience, relevant IT certifications, and strong teamwork and communication skills. The position operates on-site with shift flexibility to cover 24/7 support.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing network and security infrastructure.
• ITIL certified, CCNA, CCNP or equivalent network certifications, CompTIA Security+ or equivalent security certifications.
• Strong technical knowledge of network and security systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, VPN gateways, proxies, and load balancers.
• Perform daily network and security operations, including monitoring and managing network infrastructure.
• Respond to network incidents based on severity levels and meet service level requirements.
• Follow incident management workflows and procedures.
• Maintain and update network diagrams, configuration records, inventory, and incident reports.
• Provide timely and accurate reports on network performance, capacity planning, and incident analysis.
• Work closely with third-party vendors, telecommunication operators, ISPs, and other service providers.
• Participate in transition planning and support the onboarding of network and security systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, information security guidelines, and health and safety regulations.
• Provide continuous training to enhance knowledge and skills in network administration and management.
