Job summary

Singtel in Singapore is seeking a Tier 2 network support engineer to handle enterprise network incidents, provide troubleshooting, RCA, and timely resolutions, and serve as escalation point for internal teams and Global Corporate customers.

You will collaborate across regions, coordinate with vendors, and work in 24×7 shift operations, maintaining accurate incident records and documentation while expanding networking knowledge.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT / Telecommunications or related field.
• Experience in network operations or incident management preferred.
• Familiarity with ITSM processes and ticketing systems.
• Experience with enterprise networking environments and vendor platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 technical support for enterprise network services, managing complex incidents and service requests within agreed service levels.
• Investigate incidents, troubleshoot, perform RCA, and implement timely resolutions.
• Serve as a technical escalation point for internal operations teams, Global Corporate customers, and business stakeholders.
• Escalate unresolved issues to Tier 3 engineering teams with complete analysis and documentation.
• Collaborate with customers across multiple regions to resolve issues while delivering a positive customer experience.
• Coordinate with internal business units, overseas operators, and technology partners to maintain service availability and operational excellence.
• Work with vendors to troubleshoot CPE issues, including routers and switches.
• Participate in 24×7 shift operations and standby support when required.
• Maintain incident records, technical documentation, and knowledge articles.
• Continuously enhance technical knowledge by learning emerging networking technologies.
• Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing initiatives.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
