This role maintains the reliability, security, and efficiency of enterprise IT infrastructures for clients, handling incident resolution and performance improvements. Qualifications

• 6–8 years in IT infrastructure management and/or information security.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and RHEL, networking devices, and security concepts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead root-cause analysis and act as escalation point for infrastructure issues.
• Maintain and patch servers, network devices, and operating systems to ensure availability.
• Manage incidents and problems to meet SLAs with stakeholders.
• Advise clients on performance, capacity planning, and optimization.
• Implement security controls including patch management and change processes.
• Document configurations, SOPs, and incident records; generate reports.
• Collaborate with client teams and service providers for integrated IT/OT operations.
• Communicate risks and impacts to non-technical audiences.
• Support 24/7 standby duties as required.
