Job summary

Sancro Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Network Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience to support, maintain and implement our enterprise network infrastructure in Singapore.

The role spans network operations, L2/L3 troubleshooting and security, with involvement in project implementation and vendor management. Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in network engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco, Aruba and Cisco ACI.
• Knowledge of BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, ISIS and MPLS.
• Experience with Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco Firepower or Check Point firewalls.
• Experience with F5 Load Balancer, Infoblox and Cisco ISE is preferred.
• Good understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VLAN, ACL, NAT, VPN and network security.
• CCNP is preferred; CCIE is an added advantage.
• Willing to participate in 24×7 on-call support, approximately 1–2 weeks per month.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain network and firewall equipment.
• Manage and support Cisco, Aruba and Cisco ACI network environments.
• Monitor network performance, availability and capacity, and troubleshoot network issues.
• Configure and troubleshoot routing protocols including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, ISIS and MPLS.
• Configure and maintain firewalls including Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco Firepower and Check Point.
• Support F5 Load Balancer, Infoblox and Cisco ISE infrastructure.
• Perform network maintenance, upgrades, patching and configuration changes.
• Support LAN/WAN operations across multiple sites.
• Conduct network health checks and support incident resolution.
• Assist with network implementation, migration and infrastructure projects.
