Job summary

A leading marine solutions provider is seeking a Senior Network Engineer in Singapore. The role requires extensive knowledge in network equipment installation and data center infrastructure design. Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years' experience and relevant certifications, including CCNP and VMware. Responsibilities include system design, factory testing, and customer training. Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor in computer science or equivalent technical discipline.
• Proven 5 years’ experience in a similar role & responsibility.
• Well organized, objective-driven, time-sensitive, and resourceful.
• CISCO certified (CCNP preferred).
• NetApp / EMC certified (NetApp NCDA preferred).
• VMWare certified (VCIX6-DCV preferred).

• Conduct factory acceptance test in the workshop.

Roles & Responsibilities

Working in the engineering team, the senior network engineer have extensive knowledge and experience in installation, termination of network equipment (Copper & Fiber Outlet, patch panel and cable management). He / She will possess hands‑on experience in testing & programming of network switch, router, WLAN controller, AP and firewall. He / she have relevant system architect in data center infrastructure design and implementation including server (VMware), SAN storage and network.

Responsibilities

1. Take ownership of system design & implementation to make a truly access and complete of client requirements until full closure of the project delivery.
2. Conduct factory acceptance test in the workshop, providing FAT report.
3. Deliver customer training, presentation and support.
