Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts' Holiday Inn Express Singapore invites a Duty Manager to ensure consistent guest experiences, high cleanliness standards and optimal manpower productivity across front-of-house operations.

Reporting to the supervisor, you will monitor budgets, support revenue growth, mentor Guest Services staff, handle guest feedback, train teams, manage SOPs and uphold brand standards while delivering exceptional service to every guest.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Hospitality, or equivalent.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• 4 years' related experience in the same role or equivalent.
• Hospitality service mindset with budgeting awareness.

Responsibilities

• Participate in annual departmental operating budget preparation and monitor expenses to increase productivity.
• Analyse financials to drive revenues and profitability.
• Support revenue growth by leveraging company systems and procedures.
• Mentor, coach and provide regular feedback to improve team performance.
• Ensure staff training and roster accuracy, and maintain SOPs aligned with brand standards.
• Handle guest complaints and ensure timely corrective action to enhance guest satisfaction.
