Job summary

InterContinental Singapore Robertson Quay is seeking a dedicated Duty Manager to supervise the Front Office team under the Front Office Manager. You will ensure a consistent luxury guest experience by coordinating with all hotel departments.

Under the Assistant Rooms Division Manager, you will oversee staffing, induction programs, training, and adherence to brand standards while driving guest satisfaction and seamless operations across shifts.

Qualifications

• A Diploma or equivalent in Hotel Management/Business Administration, with 1 year of Front Office/Guest Service experience, including management experience.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Front Office operations to ensure a luxurious guest experience.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to deliver seamless service.
• Assist in planning staffing and induction for new staff.
• Maintain standards and procedures for front office operations and staff conduct.
• Support in recruitment and performance discussions in line with guidelines.
• Train and coach staff to improve guest relations and service delivery.
• Ensure VIP guests receive personalized attention and recognition.
