Key Responsibilities
You are responsible for driving business transformation in your area of responsibility, ensuring that the required operational software functionalities are optimally set up + maintained via our OGS-IT system.
You will do this by collaborating with various internal stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives:
- To lead OGS-IT with establishing systems requirements + coordinating systems integration between customers + us where required.
- To review procedures of dedicated existing accounts as to identify + recommend opportunities for business + process optimization.
- To work proactively with users providing them with up-to-date operational system knowledge + support.
- To provide new + innovative solutions to help the business gain + retain customers as well as to improve collaboration + organizational effectiveness.
- To attend regular meetings with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure regular + consistent overviews of implementations as well as various business solutions.
- To provide our sales + business development teams full support + information in relation to bids or business improvement opportunities as well as keeping them up to date with new functionalities.
- Ensure that all team members are kept up to date on key business updates.
What you’ll bring:
- Strong analytical chops and an end-to-end understanding of operations, systems, and processes in logistics or project logistics.
- Proven leadership in process improvement, change management, and stakeholder engagement across operations, IT, and commercial teams.
- Experience with TMS/operational platforms (OGS-IT or similar), systems integration (EDI/API), and continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma mindset).
- Clear, confident communication, the ability to coach users, and a bias for practical, scalable solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
