Job summary

Aureus Group is seeking a Centre Manager to lead a customer service team and drive sales, growth, and exceptional service across our Singapore centres.

You will mentor staff, manage daily operations, and execute programs to generate leads, enrollments, and high customer satisfaction, while maintaining strong centre performance and growth. This role requires energy, communication, and a passion for education and music programs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service with at least 1 year in a managerial role
• Available to work retail hours and weekends
• Strong adaptability and leadership skills
• Excellent written and spoken English; bilingual abilities a plus
• Goal-driven with ability to prioritise tasks to grow the centre
• Positive, extroverted, and customer-focused demeanor

Responsibilities

• Conduct outgoing sales calls daily
• Achieve monthly lead generation, sales/enrolments and conversion targets
• Mentor and develop team members to meet management targets
• Answer incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally
• Lead sales activities and events to generate leads and conversions
• Retain customers through problem solving and uphold high service standards
• Drive centre growth by maintaining or exceeding closure/conversion rates for trials
• Plan and execute teacher growth plans to meet monthly targets
• Perform other duties and general administration as assigned by management
